Welcome!

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that requires the use of hands and feet without weapons. The ultimate goal of Tae Kwon Do is to achieve total mind and body unity.

Our class is taught by instructor Greg Muthler, a second degree black belt, and is open to everyone. Classes are taught in a traditional manner. They are designed to help students become physically and mentally fit.
